Our expanding portfolio boasts assets amounting to approximately 6.4 GW across various technologies, with 3 GW revenue-generating projects. Didi Paz
Chief Executive Officer

Didi leads Shikun & Binui Energy’s strategic growth in developing and operating power plants powered by renewable and conventional energy sources around the world. With extensive experience in energy, finance, and law, and a deep familiarity with the regulatory environment, Didi steers the company through the evolving energy landscape, leading the expansion of its renewable energy portfolio. 

Didi has over 15 years’ experience in diverse executive roles in sectors ranging from infrastructure and renewables, through industry, retail, and technology.  He joined the Shikun & Binui Group in 2013 as CEO of Negev Energy, a Group subsidiary, and was appointed COO of the Group in 2019. Previous positions include CEO of Granite Hacarmel Investments, VP at Koor Industries, CEO of Koor Venture Capital, and various management positions at the IDB Group. He has an LLB in Law and BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Yossi Tisch

As VP Operations & Engineering, Yossi and his team are responsible for all development, procurement, construction, asset management and operations activities of Shikun & Binui Energy’s assets. Combining his deep experience. Yossi joined Shikun & Binui Group as VP Operation and has more than 25 years of senior management experience in the energy, industrial, and electricity sectors. He is uniquely positioned to lead Shikun & Binui Energy’s daily operations and global expansion. He has an MBA and BSc in Industrial & Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Yuval Skornik
VP Business Development

Yuval steers Shikun & Binui Energy’s business development strategy for across global operations. Having led the company’s IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), Yuval currently oversees business and project development in Israel and Europe, and is responsible for global project financing. He also serves as a director in Shikun & Binui Energy’s subsidiary companies. Yuval has extensive experience in structured finance for infrastructure and has served in various senior business roles, including VP Business Development for Shikun & Binui Concessions and VP Commercial and Business Development for Alon Energy Centers. He has an MA in Legal Studies from Bar-Ilan University and BA in Business Administration and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Emanuel Katan

Emanuel heads Shikun & Binui Energy’s commercial operations and the portfolio strategy including the development and implementation short and long-term strategies to maximize our assets revenues  and enhance our customer’s experience. Emanuel is leading our supply of energy to commercial and utility customers around the world. Emanuel has over 15 years of experience as executive in the energy field, and previously served as head of Rimon’s energy division and CEO at Rimon Energy. He has a BA in Economics and Finance from Rupin College and MA studies in behavioral economy in Reichman university.
